Overview

Dr. Rhonda Parker, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, CARN-NP is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health, addiction medicine, and neurocognitive and dementia-related behavioral health.
Her consulting work integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and health-systems design to bring clarity and credibility to both clinical and legal settings.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Nurses Society of Addictions and is the WV NP Liaison for the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She also serves as the Legislative Leader and APRN Congress Chair for the WV Nurses Association and completed the AANP Executive Leadership Program in Washington, D.C.
She was honored as the West Virginia Nurse Practitioner of the Year (AANP 2024).

Dr. Parker combines clinical depth with operational and forensic insight to help organizations and legal teams achieve precision and accountability in complex care environments.
