Medical–Legal & Clinical Consulting for Complex Cases

I support attorneys and healthcare organizations with defensible clinical analysis across medical, behavioral health, addiction, trauma, and neurocognitive cases.

Expert Insight Where Medicine, Law, and Risk Intersect

I provide expert clinical consulting and medical–legal analysis for high-risk, complex cases where clarity, documentation, and standards of care matter.

My work supports:

  • Attorneys handling medical malpractice, capacity, and behavioral health cases

  • Healthcare organizations navigating regulatory, safety, and liability concerns

  • Facilities managing dementia, psychotropic oversight, and behavioral risk

  • Teams facing system breakdowns, adverse events, or contested clinical decisions

While much of my work involves behavioral health and neurocognitive complexity, I also consult on general medical cases involving standards of care, documentation review, and clinical decision-making.

Areas of Clinical & Medical–Legal Focus

  • General medical & surgical standards-of-care analysis
  • Behavioral health & addiction medicine (SUD/MAT)
  • Neurocognitive disorders & dementia care
  • Trauma & IPV-related clinical response

  • Psychotropic regimen review & capacity evaluation

Each engagement is grounded in evidence-based medicine, regulatory awareness, and practical risk analysis.
